The Choice Companies Process

Our first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family.  We want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand your tolerance for risk.  Long-term relationships that encourage open and honest communication have been the cornerstone of our success.  By taking a planning first approach, we are able to proactively identify potential pitfalls with your financial plan, where other firms may only offer an after the fact, reactive planning strategy.  Our greatest value lies in being able to guide you through the challenges that occur while striving to achieve these goals.

Initial Complimentary Meeting

During your complimentary first meeting, you can get to know us and learn if Ashli Wheaton and the Choice Companies is the right fit for you. After this 30-45 minute introductory meeting, we will send you home with an estimate of cost to complete your financial plan and all the information you need to decide whether to engage our firm.

Phase 1: The Planning Phase

After you have decided to work with us, we will together input the needed information to create your initial financial plan. We look at everything from insurance and investments to education funding and estate planning strategies. After 1-2 more meetings, we should have a formal, working, living and breathing financial plan for you and your family.

Phase 2: The Implementation Phase

At this point we know you so well, most clients choose to implement their plan with our firm. Using our living financial plan, we are able to hold each other accountable not just in managing a portfolio but to goal based objectives like retirement income, liquidity, educational funding, long term care and efficient estate planning strategies.

Phase 3: The Monitoring Phase

Whether you're a past Phase I Client who needs an update to your plan or part of our Phase II implementation clients who want to review, frequent face to face or digitally interactive meetings are imperative in holding each other accountable to our established goals.
